Employment Opportunities
🎯 Is BFA the Right Fit?
BFA is intentionally designed for students—and staff—who thrive in a structured, low-distraction, academically focused environment.
We are a strong fit for educators who:
Value order, consistency, and clear expectations
Want to spend more time teaching and less time managing behavior
Appreciate small class sizes and strong relationships
Support a traditional, character-based approach to education
We are not the best fit for classrooms that require:
Highly flexible or unstructured learning environments
Extensive behavioral or therapeutic supports beyond what a typical classroom provides
Our goal is simple: create a school where teachers can teach and students can learn.
